Contact contact@vytara.com before returning an item. Include your order reference and explain whether the item is damaged, incorrect or otherwise unsuitable. Do not send products to the business address without return instructions.

The final return window, eligibility and refund-processing times will be published before orders open. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected. Subscription cancellation stops future orders and is separate from a request to return or refund an existing order.
